    • Thanks! I wish I could say it was skill but birds for me are a challenge. My first few hundred pictures I shot were all way underexposed because of the foliage they sit in. This made me decide to move their feeders out into the open and I added branches everywhere around the feeders to give them something natural to sit on. This shot is from that setup. I have to admit that this particular bird is the quickest of the bunch that visit my feeder. He flies in like a dart, grabs one seed and then makes an immediate exit. I don’t know how many empty branches or blurs I got while trying to shoot this little fellow. This time he hesitated just enough for me to get a decent shot. 🙂 Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then and this was my “nut” for the day. 🙂
