Slumbrous Mass

O Earth, O Earth, return!
Arise from out the dewy grass;
Night is worn;
And the morn
Rises from the slumbrous mass.

  2. That eye forces a double take! Wow, the picture itself is beautiful in a deep woods kind of way but adding the eye makes it a bit eerie. Like when I walk through the woods and I remember having seen a mountain lion and then start looking up in the trees to see if it’s still there…. a bit creepy. Great creative thinking!
