Here Be Dragons

“My armor is like tenfold shields,

my teeth are swords, my claws spears,

the shock of my tail a thunderbolt,

my wings a hurricane,

and my breath death!”
― J.R.R. Tolkien, The Hobbit

Dragon

I’ve recently started experimenting with Photoshop and here is the end result of a mix of four or five images. The dragon is a McFarlane dragon figurine I set up in a nature setting and then I set the mood by adding multiple images that I shot from the past. It was a fun learning experience even though it was frustrating at times trying to achieve what I had in my mind.

    • Thanks! It was a fun project but also very tedious when working with a program that is mostly new to me. I guess that’s how we stretch outside our boxes and I think with this one I might have pulled something. LOL 🙂 Have a great weekend!

      • I just bought a used CS4 Photoshop how-to-book at a thrift shop for a buck. It is so loaded with information I have had to learn to walk again, so to speak, since I know almost nothing about RAW and layers and…….oh you get the picture. So I feel your pain. Have a great weekend as well~ John
