This is a nice shot. Love the detail – reminds me of feathers on a bird.

I can see that.. it does have that peacock kind of look to it. 🙂 I hope you are having a good week and maybe enjoying some good weather!

Still quite cold and we have snow up to the bottom of the window frame but looking forward to snowshoeing on the weekend. The sun was shining today so it was a very pretty day. Warm weather is just around the corner now. Hope you are enjoying some nice warm sunny weather.

We’ve actually had a very mild winter this year. Haven’t even had any snow or ice storms at all so I can’t complain. I do enjoy snow but in places that are used to it. I’ve lived in Iceland, Alaska and Maine so I’m no stranger to wintery weather but those places know how to prepare for it and drive accordingly. Here in Oklahoma if we get a 1/2 of snow people still drive like they are on pavement and it becomes a very hazardous place to travel. Have fun snowshoeing. I’ve never been snowshoeing or cross country skiing but have always wanted to do both. Take care!

Any idea what plant this seedhead belongs to? It’s exquisite in its delicate featheriness.
